Hey Competitors! Here’s everything YOU need to know
when you register for one of our events!
The Unbroken Series is NOW Alpha Fit Series! All the same exciting competitions with a few new amazing online conveniences. Let’s run through how this works:
Day 1: We announce the competition and dates (approximately two months out).Days 7-25: SIGN UP STARTS! Teams that sign up during this EARLY entry period are the Gold Ticket Holders and get the best pricing for the competition and EARLY ACCESS to selecting floater times! ?
Days 26-44: Teams that sign up during this SECOND entry period are the Silver Ticket Holders and get the second-best pricing for the competition and SECOND BEST ACCESS to selecting floater times! ?
Days 45-54: Teams that sign up during this LAST entry period are the Bronze Ticket Holders and get the worst pricing for the competition and LAST ACCESS to selecting floater times.☹
Thursday Before the Event: Floater Sign Ups Begin ONLINE!!!
8:00 am – Gold ticket holders are given FIRST access and can begin to select their Floater Times!!
Noon – Silver ticket holders are also given access and can begin to select their Floater Times.
4:00 pm – Bronze ticket holders are finally granted access and can start to choose their Floater Times.Now you may be asking, “How do I book this floater ticket?” It is almost identical to buying a ticket at a movie or concert. When your link is active (depending upon your ticket status), you will be taken to a page that has ALL the floater times as “tickets.”
You just click on the ticket, enter your team name, and Book the ticket (except obviously there is NO charge). NOTE: You MUST complete the transaction to reserve your spot!! You will get a confirmation email, and voila!! You have signed up for your floater time and you are set and completely signed up for the competition!
If you do not go online to secure your floater time in advance, you can sign up for times the morning of the event; however, you are stuck with the times that are available and/or leftover.
The DAY of the Event (around Day 60):
Now when you arrive at the competition all you’ll need is the QR code that comes with your original confirmation from registering for the event (you can print it OR just show us from your cell phone). We scan the code, grab your shirt, and BOOM you are done! No fuss, no muss. No long wait times!
